Appointment Bookings...
At Dhruva, we strive to provide an exceptional standard of care. In order to achieve this, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
Cancellations...
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, however, we kindly ask, where possible, that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule you appointment. If cancelled less than 48 and more than 24 then 50% appointment cost will be due. Cancellations made within the 24 hour window on the scheduled appointment time is subject to a full appointment price will be owed. This will be monitored and a deposit policy may be brought in to help if required.
Late arrivals...
We value your time as well as the time of our other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your session or shorten the treatment duration. The full price of the originally scheduled appointment will still apply.
Missed appointment...
While we understand that unforseen circumstances can occur, a missed appointment where no notice is given not only affects our ability to serve other clients, but also results in lost time and resourses. The full cost of the service is charges for these appointments. we appreciate your continued support and understanding. we are a small business and lost revenue has a big impact on the salon as a whole.
